Shoulder and Elbow Update 2012 is a three-day conference for physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletic trainers and physicians interested in learning the latest concepts and research related to evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of shoulder and elbow disorders.

There are smaller group workshops on days 1 and 2 of the conference. You will be able to indiciate your first, second, and third choices in order of preference each day. Space is limited and workshop assignment will be made in the order of receipt of paid registration only.

Registration and Hotel Information:

 

Shoulder and Elbow Update 2012 will be held at the Hyatt Regency, Penn's Landing, 201 South Columbus Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19106.

Registration fees: $500 for registrations received or postmarked prior to October 1st.
$550 for registrations on or after October 2nd.

In past years we have had requests for individuals willing to share a room. Please contact us at info@eliterehabsolutions.com if you are interested in sharing a room. We will provide email addresses only upon request. It is up to each individual to decide whether they would like to share a room.

Accreditation Information:

All participants will receive a certificate for 20 hours of continuing education upon completion of the course.
